Search Positions by CityIT Specialist
The IT Support Executive will play a key role in maintaining and improving in-house systems and IT operations. This position involves providing technical support for software and hardware implementation, managing basic database functions, and ensuring smooth daily IT operations in collaboration with the IT Manager. The role includes delivering user and customer training on IT equipment, supporting system process improvements, and managing IT inventory. The incumbent will evaluate IT products, assist in procurement processes, and ensure adherence to IT security and audit protocols. Additionally, the role requires coordination with global and regional IT teams to implement initiatives, resolve production issues, and handle administrative matters effectively. This position demands strong technical proficiency, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic, collaborative environment.
Operational Excellence Specialist
The Operational Excellence Specialist has responsibility for supporting the country's operational excellence and lean transformation to achieve World Class Operations Management. This role will support company stakeholders to execute “needle-moving” process improvement initiatives across operations, simplifying the process landscape and enhancing the ability of all processes to deliver on time, on budget and with world class service level to the customers.
HOD, Cash Operations
Operation Manager provides the overall leadership and responsibility of entire Cash operation management of the company. The incumbent has responsibility for the continued advancement of the country's operation, operational excellence maturity and lean transformation to achieve world-class service level delivery to the customers. This leader will drive the operational management adoption, customer experience management, operational excellence, business analytic strategy and digitalization journey across multiple sites including championing the lean transformation within business areas. The effort will build, proliferate and maintaining a transparent, dependent, self-sustaining, and healthy operation with culture of continuous improvement embraced across all levels.
BD Specialist
The BD Specialist will report to the HOD of Sales and will be responsible for growing sales as a new business forming an extensive network, hunting key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service delivery, and driving revenue increment through new accounts building and strategic sales efforts. This role is essential in expanding and maintaining our client base in the secured logistics industry in Singapore.

Operation Assistant Manager
The incumbent supports the effective management and execution of the company’s Cash Operation and Continuous Process Improvement. As Operation Assistant Manager, the incumbent plays a key role in driving operational efficiency, ensuring service quality and supporting the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives. The Operations Assistant Manager collaborates closely with senior leaders to support customer experience, process optimization and operational excellence. By contributing to lean transformation and digitalization efforts, the role helps foster a transparent, sustainable and improvement -driven culture across the organization.
Operation Reconciliation Officer
The role involves performing daily reconciliation and proofing of transactions within the Operations Processing Centre. The incumbent will investigate and escalate outstanding items, ensure accurate settlement reconciliation, and maintain timely resolution of discrepancies. The role also supports continuous process improvements while ensuring strict adherence to internal controls and compliance standards.
Backroom Cashier
Our Backroom Cashiers work in branch locations and carry out the critical cash accounting work that keeps modern commerce moving. Our work is essential, so our team members are essential. We verify bank deposits, prepare cash shipments and connect money from one place to the next. As a Backroom Cashier at Brink’s, you’ll work within our branch locations to account for the cash and valuables we transport to banks and businesses worldwide. This position requires the enforcement of rules to protect the premises and property of Brink’s and its customers, as well as the safety of persons on the premises of Brink’s and its customers.
