Wayne A., Branch Manager – Thunder Bay

"I started as a driver and guard for Brink’s in 1998 and over the years progressed as an operations supervisor, assistant manager to my current role now as Branch Manager.

At Brink’s you are entrusted to do your job. It is good stable work, and you will see many interesting things you would not see in other jobs."

– Wayne A.

Amanda C. – Branch Manager – New Brunswick

"I began my journey at Brink’s in 2003 as a Money Room Clerk. Within three months of being hired at Brink’s I was promoted to Chief Money Room Clerk. During my time at Brink’s I held different positions both on the road and in-house. Over time I was promoted to various supervisory roles and in 2022 I became the Branch Manager of New Brunswick Operations. I love the people I work with and meet everyday.
I’m also a mom to twin five-year-old daughters who both have autism, so they keep me very busy."

– Amanda C.

Wen C. – Operations Supervisor – Barrie, ON

"In 2006, I started my journey at Brink’s. I was hired as a part-time ATM guard but ended up as a part time vault clerk, which led to a full-time role in the vault. During my time at Brink’s, I was trained in both road and in-house positions.

My experience at Brink’s has allowed me to grow as a person, as a team member and as a leader. This past year I became an Operations Supervisor. I’m learning so much; being a supervisor comes with great accountability and responsibility but most of all my position allows me to be there for my staff, my co-workers and my customers. I plan to continue to grow within Brinks, one day running my own fleet and staff."

– Wen C.

At Brink’s, our values guide the way we work and are the cornerstone of our winning culture.
